Quick interview about skills and expectations. Goes over wage, curriculum, training period, and different promotions. Manager is very friendly and considerate. Goldfish is a franchise so all of their curriculum is the same across the board.
Very easy- entry level position with entry level questions. Looking for level headed people who want to do a good job and work with kids to swim. Be sure to smile and be nice and friendly.
