The process consisted of three interviews. A video and two in person. The video was fast and great. The next interview was over a month later. No one had knowledge of my work experience or previous interview and one interviewer was a no show. Setting up the third, I was asked for availability and did not receive any response for over a week. I was then asked for new availability which I gave. Again it was a full week before receiving a response which was could I meet the next day. Upon arrival no one was aware of the interview. The interviewers met with me an hour after scheduled time. Again they stated they had not seen my resume. The second interviewer openly said I was just told to come in and talk to you, I don’t know why. Then the third interviewer who was from the video call asked me the same exact questions as the first time. I did not feel comfortable with the organization and communication. Three months of waiting and poor interviews and then never received any response after that interview. I was originally very excited and the longer the process went, it seemed like a completely disorganized branch with poor communication. After over 15 years into my career, this was the worst interview experience I’ve ever had
