Interview went well and was straightforward. If you are looking for a long term job this probably isn’t the place. However as a part time job I can see this being nice especially for what they pay.

They sent me an email and asked when I’m available to do an interview. Then I came in for interview. They asked me to tell me about myself. It was very easy process.

I felt from the moment the hiring manager walked in, she already made her decision not to hire me and was quick to judge. She asked me one question and then asked if I had any questions, didn't even attempt to go over my qualifications or past experiences but was very quick to send me an email saying I wasn't a "good fit". I'm not sure how she determined so quickly I wasn't a good fit when she didn't even give me a chance to do an interview. In fact, it was very rushed, I felt that the two managers were pushing me out of the place and just wanted to get the interview over with. I was told this interview was supposed to be thirty minutes but it was only two minutes. A phone interview would've been more suitable than having someone come to an in person interview and it wasted my entire afternoon. Extremely disappointing that in this day and age where companies are struggling to find people who actually wanted to work and basically had open availability that they'll be quick to turn down an applicant that would've gone above and beyond and put a lot of hard work into the company. At the end of the day, it's their loss, not mine. I rather work for a company that gives their potential employees a real interview and not be so quick to judge a book upon its cover.
