It Was simple and they were very outgoing and cheerful, they had fun questions alongside normal questions. They showed me the facility and explained what I would be doing in the job.
2 short interviews with the deck supervisor and manager. Pretty simple questions both around 30 minutes each. Ask about your experience, if you have any previous certifications, and how you would go about handling different class scenarios. There is a 40-hour onboarding process and different certificate trainings depending on your position.
