Goldman Sachs interview process was structured and insightful, focusing on technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and behavioral questions, while assessing adaptability, teamwork, and overall suitability for the role effectively.
7+ rounds - with 2 different people in each round, motivational / competency questions + some market related and technical questions. varies by role but you need to really understand "Why GS"

A few rounds of short list and then interviews based on resume skills and past experience with problem solving ability to test candidates which seem good and the process tests candidates to the fullest
