I applied on my school's website I heard back in a week. The interview process was good. It was very straight forward behavioral questions. This is operations so its process focus make sure you can talk about how you were able to make a process more efficient and how you really like operations and are not trying to use it to leap somewhere else. Be likable no matter what is on your resume they want to know they can work with you and you are willing to work hard!
