Introduced via an acquaintance, invited to 12 interviews (not so many, compared to others!) in person or over the phone, peers, bosses, juniors in the EMEA team and global team. They all compared notes to make a decision. Long reference checking process.
it was great and quite competitive and consisted of multiple stages including an initial recruiter phone screening, a rigorous technical coding assessment testing data structures, followed by several consecutive deep-dive behavioral interviews with senior leadership.
