I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2019
Interview
I went to the superday interview consisting of 3 30 minutes back to back interviews in early October. There are people from operational risk, credit risk, and market risk. Went ok, but never heard back even after two entire months. I have reached out multiple times, and I always get the response that I am put on hold. Finally, after receiving an offer from another firm and sending the email to GS HR to leverage the other offer for an offer at GS, the HR responded and declined me. I really do not understand what does 'on hold' means here, a rejection? If that's the case, please directly communicate with the candidates this result. They are extremely unprofessional that the candidate does not get a timely result of the interview.
