I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs in Dec 2020
Interview
HR contacted me from my Naukri profile and after an initial discussion on role, responsibilities, location, and salary I was asked to appear for the first round of coding test on Hackerrank. I had mentioned I'd be comfortable coding on TS/JS language as I was told a similar profile is indeed available. After discussing the date, I was given a Hackerrank link to take the test. There was no online proctoring and that meant I could use a different device to google approaches. However, the languages allowed were only C++, Python, and Java. I immediately stopped the test without even reading the questions to uphold ethics and emailed HR about the same asking for a fair chance. Sadly she never responded back.
