6th Round (HM): The HM asked me why I have changed 2 companies with 2 years of experience in each company. He automatically ASSUMED I'll leave GS in 2 years. Interview went downhill from there. A systems design question was asked to be answered in 15 mins (Systems design was already asked in previous 2 rounds). When I presented him a working system in limited time, the person says "I was expecting to see what tradeoffs you will make". Surely he could design such a system in 15 mins with all tradeoffs covered (why are you even hiring people with systems design skills if you can make such systems yourself in 15 mins?). He was 2 mins late to the interview and towards the end when he had made up his mind to reject me was a little rude to cut me off and say "you have 2 minutes to ask me any questions".
