The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs in May 2010
Interview
Very personality and resume driven. They asked a number of questions regarding my previous experience in the industry, experience during business school and experience in my previous job. They were concerned why I left my previous job and followed up promptly with a call to my previous employer. The interviewers took the interview process very seriously and were extremely professional during the whole process. The process went extremely quickly and I had four interviews in a span of 3 working days due to the fact that I was an off cycle hire.
it was great and quite competitive and consisted of multiple stages including an initial recruiter phone screening, a rigorous technical coding assessment testing data structures, followed by several consecutive deep-dive behavioral interviews with senior leadership.
