Really bad experience. The timeline is ridiculous. Hireview on 10/26/2022 and Superday on 11/10/2022. After one week, HR said that I did pretty well during the interview and asked me to wait for update. After waiting for almost 2 months, there were two follow-up interviews with different teams. Then HR said that the team liked me and told me about the salary etc. After two weeks, the system requested some documents and information. After one week, the attorney contacted me to consult my immigration status. Then, after another week, HR called me and said that the team decided not to move forward. She also asked me whether I was interested in interviewing with other teams. Next day, I received another superday invitation. I will not attend the interview. The corporate culture is terrible. No respect for candidates.

My Superday consisted of three back‑to‑back 20‑minute Zoom interviews. Each interviewer was warm, direct, and focused on understanding how I think, communicate, and approach operational problems. The process was well‑organized, with clear instructions and smooth transitions between meetings. Questions centered on teamwork, ownership, process improvement, and how my past experiences prepared me for Operations. Overall, it felt structured, conversational, and professionally run.

Had inital phone call with hiring manager and was then invited in to the office for a 3 round interview. Interview with hiring manager and team member with normal competency based questions, second round with senior manager which was general conversation and talking about past experience and last interview with 4 analysts from different team talking about career. Hiring manager never came back to me with a response at all.
