Very lengthy interview process. Minimum of 4 rounds for an Entry level. Can go maximum to 8 rounds. Duration of each rounds will be for an hour. Need to have a lot of patience through out the interview process including the duration of receiving the offer letter. The process if very time consuming.

A panel of two interviewers will be formed in each rounds. The focus of initial two rounds will be to understand the candidates current roles, responsibilities and deliverables. Be sure of not to exagerate of your roles and responsibilities because a grilling and cross questioning session will follow where the panel is smart enough to spot what's right and what's not. The next sessions will be to understand the candidates overall fitness to the forms culture and the team and the role for which the candidate is been interviewed.

My Superday consisted of three back‑to‑back 20‑minute Zoom interviews. Each interviewer was warm, direct, and focused on understanding how I think, communicate, and approach operational problems. The process was well‑organized, with clear instructions and smooth transitions between meetings. Questions centered on teamwork, ownership, process improvement, and how my past experiences prepared me for Operations. Overall, it felt structured, conversational, and professionally run.

Had inital phone call with hiring manager and was then invited in to the office for a 3 round interview. Interview with hiring manager and team member with normal competency based questions, second round with senior manager which was general conversation and talking about past experience and last interview with 4 analysts from different team talking about career. Hiring manager never came back to me with a response at all.
