I interviewed as part of the Americas Returnship Program. After being selected for Round 1, I was asked to do a pre-recorded video interview through HireVue. Five questions were asked, with up to 2 mins of answer time for each.
It took over a month after the video interview to get an email update on the status, saying they had many applicants they were still reviewing and to expect to hear back at the end of that month. The second reply took another 6 weeks. I didn't continue the interview process after that.

If you were aware that one of your co-workers was doing something unethical, what would you do?
Got ghosted after first round and they do it with many candidates. Interview was mix of behavioral and technical with the hiring manager lasted 30 minutes and was quite conversational.
Interviewd by senior people who where all very nice and very professional. Not too difficult, but several (and too many) rounds. Only downside was the lack of communication after 5 interviews. Overall a nice experience.

Not too difficult from questions standpoint. Interviewer was doing work on the side while taking the call which felt a bit off. Fit issues from both sides in the end which led to no further process after round 1. Interview with a VP in the asset management division
