1)Talk through CV and motivations with team managers. They outlined the role and we discussed areas of overlap and potential gaps in experience.
2) More in depth discussion of experience, expertise and competency/scenario based questions with head of team.
The interview process was as expected. I did not make it very far, but the questions were very much why are you interested in this role and tell me about your background.
hirevue interview process and no talking to an actual person. i had two repeat questions and they only provided a 3 minute video to learn about the company which was upsetting as I would've liked to know more
