I applied online. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (Boston, MA)
Interview
Superday was mainly behavioral, I answered a lot of "Why Goldman", "Why PWM". I didn't have time to ask any of my questions as the individual interviews were pretty short. The last interview was technical, but nothing too difficult, I just had to know the market and show a thought process on how I would invest for a client.
20-30 HireVue. 30 seconds to prepare. All behaviors that focused on how you spoke and how you conducted yourself. Why Goldman Sachs? Why wealth management? Had to explain a specific client situation.
First round is a HireVue with one attempt for each question. Questions were mostly behavioral, but did ask how you would respond to certain situations you would be in as an advisor.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (New York, NY) in Mar 2025
Interview
Mainly behavioral, just asked about experience, situational, projects and current markets. Looking for more of a behavioral fit. Interviewers were friendly and welcoming. 3 25-minute back to back interviews. Wish they were longer so I could talk more but the interviewers take up a lot of time talking
