Two rounds of interviews each with a selection of people (3-4) within the chosen department, and it didn’t feel as if there was a set script. No psychometric tests were administered.

Phone call interview asking some mathematical questions. Lasted about half an hour and questions would increase in difficulty throughout. Fully technical, no behavioural questions for the first two rounds. Did not get past second round.
