I applied for a position through an online portal and was initially pleased to receive an interview call. However, the overall experience with the interview scheduling process was quite disappointing. The first interview was scheduled two weeks in advance, but it was canceled just five minutes before the scheduled time and rescheduled for another two weeks later.
After completing the first round successfully, the second round was again scheduled two weeks later. Unfortunately, the interviewer did not join the call, and I was informed after waiting for 10 minutes that the interviewer was in a meeting. This pattern repeated multiple times, with interviews being rescheduled without prior notice or clear communication.
Eventually, I was informed that the position had been put on hold.
While I understand that scheduling conflicts and changes can happen, consistent delays and last-minute cancellations without proper communication reflect poorly on the candidate experience. I hope the organization can improve its interview coordination process in the future.
