Receiving a call from Megan was exciting, as well as impeccably informative. She asked all the right questions too, including some I did not prepare for that forced me to think, which earned my respect right away. The second interview was an in-person interview with Diana Coats. I was delighted to meet her because of the great things that the team in Columbia, MO, that she is part of, is doing so many good things for the community and local charities! I want to stress the word TEAM in this post because Diana said this a lot. This made me love the company and the people running this startup even more. One of my favorite sayings, "TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK," is also a GOOD DAY mantra to start your day.
