First, they will give a paper have some question on it and you need to answer, then there are two people will start asking you question. Questions are focus on how you work with others and do you have the experience to take care the elderly person.
They scheduled a 30 min interview after I submitted an online application—easy questions, mostly personality based e.g how you get along with others. Two people sat in on interview. Call came less than a week after the interview.
