It took them a very long process to get back to me to have the actual interview. You sit one on one with who ever is in charge of hiring. They will ask yo questions about why you want to work there, why you chose that place. They will also try and put you in scenarios to see what you would do and how you would handle your self ect. They will ask about what you think are your strong suites and what your weaknesses are.
