Very laborious and time consuming, which makes you feel good about who they end up hiring and is necessary since the roles are 100% virtual. Be prepared for 3-4 interviews paired with a couple assessments and a project requirement. The total process took a few weeks since their were multiple teams involved. The first round of interviewing via there recruiter feels sterile and not very interactive, but afterwards you get to interview with your potential departments/teams which are much more natural and conversational.
