There was an initial screening, followed by a personality test, short, hurried call with a hiring manager and a technical interview and then a few follow-ups. Some individuals were pleasant, others a bit rude. There was good flexibility in scheduling. The job description changed in the middle of the process with no explicit notification. The technical interview was straight forward though some narrow focus and a lot of ambiguity. Somehow felt as though something was not on the up and up. And after being told that they have all the ideas they need and just need someone to do as they're told, realized it's not a progressive IT shop.
