So I went in for an in person interview, offered the job, I got an email requesting my information for a background check and drug screen through HireRight. I submitted all necessary information, scheduled my drug screen which they required no more than 4 days after job offer.

Very simple as they asked for qualifications and desires with the job, as well as schedule desires. They talked about the position and some expectations in the work environment here.
