Interview
I attended an information session at my university and met with the recruiting team at our job fair. They called me that afternoon and scheduled an interview for the next day. I met with two groups of people. The first group was four people who I believe were company executives. The second was a mix of school alumni and HR. Both groups were pleasant, but oddly each asked me the exact same set of questions.

after our schools career fair i had an interview with two guys from Goodyear. i love this company and everything that it does. the people were great, the interview was laid back, and they responded to me relatively quickly. the guys that interviewed me were funny and helpful as this was my first interview with anyone. they made me feel comfortable and allowed me to answer the questions truthfully and to my best abilities.
