The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Goodyear (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2009
Interview
They did a poor job of finding out my skills and knowledge. I felt like their questions did not pertain to the proposed role in marketing. Both of my interviewers were HR representatives who did not have the slightest about the basics of marketing. I felt like I was not accurately represented by their set of questions and would have done a lot better had their inquires stayed within the general realm of marketing practices.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Goodyear (Akron, OH) in Apr 2016
Interview
Brief phone interview followed by an on-site where you had to meet with six different people seperatley. It took several hours which seemed a bit much for just an intern position. They also took very long to set up interview times after the initial call and also failed to respond to emails. It was way to in depth for a internship position and was also very un-organized. I was disappointed in my experience because I believed Goodyear to be a great company.
