Google Community Manager interview questions

First Round:I was first interviewed by Human Resources representative Second Round: Phone interview with Google Employee Third Round: Video interview with department head, and 3 other community managers. Thet asked more of a situational questions. They focus on evaluating how you would think and react to questions.

Process is pretty slow right now. Neutral experience on the screening call. Screening call did not have any curveball questions. Pretty standard. Recruiter did not seem all that interested in talking. Have not heard back yet about the rest of the process and I don't expect to get follow up.
