The SRE interview process is rigorous, typically involving five to six rounds. It includes technical phone screens on coding and moves to on-site deep dives into algorithms, system design, and core SRE principles like SLOs, incident management, and large-scale operational troubleshooting.
The process began with a 30 minutes meeting with the recruiter who has very nice.
The next phase was a system design interview which I passed.
After that, I had 2 coding, one system design and one Googleyness interview.
