The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Google (New York, NY)
Interview
Screening call with a recruiter to start. Then a 45 minute first round with a team member and 45 minute second round with a manager. I believe an offer would have been extended after the manager round. It was difficult and I spent hours preparing before each round. Make sure to have a lot of stories and examples ready. The more depth the better.

Question 1
"Imagine you are put on a team to work on a project that you have little familiarity with. Other project mates are much more experienced with the project. What would you do?"
the process is very fast. i got 4 rounds of interview within 2 weeks, and got the feedback right after each round of interviews. sometimes its depends on the chemistry between you and the interviewer.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
