The most unprofessional hiring process ever. An external recruiter reached out to me and then went OoO before scheduling our interview. After sending multiple emails another recruiter takes her place, we schedule the interview but she basically didn’t know anything about the role and couldn’t answer none of my questions, so we basically had a meeting just for her to say “the hiring manager wants to have an interview with you” and that’s it. She told me there were prep group meetings on tuesday and thursday and that the other recruiter would send me an invite for one of them when she came back, which apparently never happened because i kept receiving OoO emails. Then, without any warning, i receive an invite for one of these meetings just 2 hours before the due time, but ok fine. She told me i could ask to have a mock interview to prepare for the actual interviews, but when i asked both recruiters to schedule one they never answered my emails, but rather just sent me an automatic email asking my availability for the actual interviews. They scheduled 3 interviews in the span of 2 days, which apparently is the standard process (again, they didn’t inform me). After my interviews, the recruiter asked for my availability for a call to give me the feedback, so I gave her a bunch of time slots. She never answered that email, nor did she call me on the slots i proposed, but rather chose a random friday 2 weeks after. They totally need to review the third-party hiring company.
