I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Google (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
It was a very fast interview process. The recruiter was very transparent and helpful about everything. I wouldn't say the phone screen was necessarily hard, but it's Google, they want to sense a level of Goolgliness about you. Very cool recruiter, but very competitive process so bring your A game!

Standard resume run-through, What about the role interests you
the process is very fast. i got 4 rounds of interview within 2 weeks, and got the feedback right after each round of interviews. sometimes its depends on the chemistry between you and the interviewer.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
