Interview
was contacted by a recruiter. Was interviewed via phone for about an hour. Was brought in for a full day of interviews. Many very bright people interviewed me.
The most annoying thing was that even though I had 23 years of extremely relevant experience, 12 patents in that area, 2 books and countless magazine articles I needed to answer mundane puzzle questions.
At the senior architect level this type of interviewing is almost insulting.

The interview was a good time to study more and more than that it is not good for you to thoroughly reasearch orientation and training and track their progress in the world and it's on the way to the themes nicely.
Good, ok welcoming a bit stressful I was nervous but think it went ok. It had a formal interview and a phone call and a small task to complete so time intensive
