Apply for a position in which they ask you to complete an assessment to continue the interview process. After that, I was denied the same day, the assessment was not technical in any way. This was more of trying to see the type of person you are to see if you'd be a good fit for the team

A behavior and personality test that was simple, it was an agree or disagree question

1. Screening - Asked general hypothetical questions.
Took 3 weeks to move to next round
2. On site - 2 rounds Coding and troubleshooting. It was relatively easy
Second was behavioral
I thought interview went find but disappointed to get rejection. HR called and gave no feedback.
