This was done over the phone due to Covid. It was a conversation about my past experiences and how I like to work. It was very relaxed and the team was good about informing about the process and where we were in the process.

Pretty straight forward when you go through a vendor/ agency. Will ask you to demonstrate a project you’ve worked on and give an overview of your research skills. Everyone is really friendly and encouraging

Interview
4 individual interviews via Google Meet, 1 with a hiring manager, 2 with current user researchers, and 1 with head of division. Everyone was very engaging, kind, and transparent. Scheduling happened quickly.

The interview was over the phone and involved a recruiter reaching out to see if my skill set matched any of their open positions at the time. If they had a good match they were going to put me in contact with specific managers for additional phone conversations
