They reached out to me and they said that due to my experience they will forego the initial phone interview. They gave me so much grace because I had to reschedule my interview many times because I was also in the process of finishing up my thesis. All the employees were helpful, but you have to get the hang of saying your thoughts out loud. That way they can make sure your thoughts are in the right direction. I lacked programming practice so I felt like I got through the questions 60-75% . I feel like a few more months of programming practice will help catch me up.

The process consisted of four technical problem-solving interviews and one "Googleness" and leadership round. The first technical interview started off relatively easy but quickly dove deeper into complex edge cases. The second interview increased in difficulty.

After clearing all the interviews in 2 months, here comes the team match. Where no one ever knows when they gonna get a team match call. Even if you get the TM call next comes the HC again no one knows why they reject.
