Super sketchy emails from third parties that look like phishing emails - I almost deleted them. Once you get through to the Google employees themselves, the recruiters extremely flaky - getting passed from one individual to another, with extremely clunky handoff. I understand there's high volume, but this does not speak highly of Google's culture which is known to have fallen off a cliff in the last six months. They use canned email to make it sound impressive, but execution was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Definitely not leaving a great impression on me as a business owner, or consumer.

It was a wonderful interview experience. Had just the initial round because it was just a screening call. Basic questions about past experience. Chose not to pursue further as role was not a great fit.
