Initial call with a recruiter then a interview with Head of Research, followed by another interview with Head of Research and Europe lead presenting 2 tasks, and I think there is another interview after that

Question 1
First round was more talking about experience, what I could bring to the team, my understanding of the role. The tasks were extremely difficult and the interviewer seemed keen on 'catching me out' and probing on areas of weakness
I submitted my resume for a researcher position. I had an interview with a human HR representative, which made the process feel more personalized and engaging. I didn't meet the requirements, but it gives me the belief that I could do it and be accepted by whom.
