Interview
It was with a recruiter and basic questions were asked about experience and work style. The interview was about 30 mins and they asked about salary expectations. The interview ended with they would reach out about next steps
I was interviewed on multiple occasions by HR, Europe, and finally at HQ with two different people. The outcome was ultimately down to the individuals conducting the interviews. I felt at ease and able to connect with some, but unfortunately, there was a lack of alignment with one person, which unfortunately affected the entire process, which took months to complete.

The process was disorganized. I wouldn't hear back from Google for weeks even after providing lots of availability to interview. It was the least impressive interview process I've gone through in my career.
