Interviewed with two different managers back to back. Questions were very straightforward, don't overthink it. They no longer ask the weird questions, focus is moreso on getting to know who you and and if that person would fit into the company, not just the role.

I only took part in the screening call. But the HR staff were really friendly, and all of the questions were just general. Everything moved smoothly, and we got through the call with ease.

Why did I decide to apply for a Digital Marketing role (since I have no related experience)
The process took several months but there was communication throughout. All the interviews were nerve-wracking but so much fun. The interviewees were very easy to talk to and have a conversation with.
It was a fairly simple interview. It seemed more like a casual conversation. They were all approachable. I had 2 rounds of interviews. The interviews lasted more than 30 minutes each.
