I was interviewing for Supply Chain-related Program Manager role (Demang Planning Program Manager). Initial interview was with HR, where she's explaining that there will be 4-5 interview ahead.. which not as much as interview for IT role.

2 phone screens and then a loop with multiple team members and 1 partner team member. Interview covered topics like analytics, teamwork, product sense and product design. Interviewers also ask how you might challenge your own ideas. Was placed into team matching but recruiter stopped responding and was never matched with a team.
