Interview on google meet with presenting assigned tasks. Over 10 candidates were given a task in which i got the position. Interview was about the root subject and easy for those who know the basics. Then final selection message following a team meet.

Long but transparent process. The recruiter and team were awesome. Total process took about 2 months. But it didn't bother me since there was constant communication and they kept all their deadlines for getting back throughout various steps in the process.

For my role there were few direct questions besides the usual "tell me about your background" or "what's your favorite project you worked on". It was very personal and conversational. I really enjoyed it. One interview was 70% talking about my personal future goals unrelated to the job. The team was awesome.
