Had 2 algorithms interviews separated by like one or two weeks. Also talked to a recruiter as one more stage. Process went smoothly and the recruiter was communicative and helpful.

I think the first thing they want to see is your motivation to work with them, so prepare well to answer why you want to join them
It was decent. had 3 rounds of interview. 2 technical one behavioural. Also a phone screening. The interviews were more difficult as you kept going. All happened online and I was allowed to use any language that i wanted
Did not get an invite for the 2nd interview. I was qualified for the role, but was ghosted for about 6 months before being rejected. But, the application process was nice, and gave me hope!
It was interesting to see the way that the team was able to make the candidates more comfortable. The process was fast and interesting in order to make the candidate feel more relaxed
