Extensive, multiple phone call rounds and video call interviews. Not too bad but seemed to lack a sense of direction. Poor communication from HR during the process. Overall average experience.

Phone interview was not too technical, and more about my background and manufacturing consulting projects I have led.
Onsite was rigorous, met with several senior people, including hiring mgr.
Feedback from recruiter was they wanted greater depth in my answers. Trouble is, they never ask for more info/details, they will just be silent. SO AWKWARD. If I am to be judged on depth, would help to know, so I could adjust during interview.
