Interview
Four on site interviews with four different people. Each focuses on a different area. For example, company fit, role fit etc. All interviewers were nice and pleasant and asked good follow up questions. Overall it was a challenging but enjoyable experience.

Speak to a recruiter, attend an interview workshop, meet with hiring panel, meet with team. The interview workshop was helpful but not mandatory, gave you strong idea of questions that would be asked.
