      Interview

too many rounds, too many stupid questions. they ask a lot of stupid questions that have no relevancy to the role. the interviewers were all very racist, rude, and overly assuming. the interview is suppose to be about whether you are appropriate for the role, not ask silly puzzles. the interviews were all fairly pointless. it was like the interviewers had all grown in arrogance, like they had some sort of an unhealthy clout at working at google, very pretentious. they asked me about how I would get out of a manhole? how does that have any bearing on working at google? does google have manholes that I need to be concerned about, does this relate to the job? will I be stuck in a manhole while working there? is there a health and safety issue at google where manholes are left open? going through the interview process showed me the level of frustration I will have every day working there with opportunistic and egotistical people that differentiate people on race, sex, and gender stereotypes.
