Passed the initial phone screen and participated in a manager interview next. The manager did not come prepared and started the call by confirming that I was interviewing for a position in New York, which I wasn’t. We were using Google Meet and experienced bad audio problems from the start which negatively impacted the interview. We weren’t sure what was causing this so I tried problem solving and asking if there was a phone number I could call into instead. It took several minutes for her to get this information from the recruiter, and by the time we were ready to resume we were still on the first question but more than halfway through the allotted interview time. They were clearly in a rush and didn’t let me finish answering the first question, saying “we’re short on time so let’s just move on to the next question”, and proceeded to read the rest of the interview questions super quickly, adding on the follow-up questions all at once that they typically ask after you share your initial answer. This was a lot to remember so I needed to clarify my understanding of everything they rapidly asked before answering each question. Overall a very poor candidate experience, and I never heard anything back from the recruiter even after sending a couple of follow up emails.

the process is very fast. i got 4 rounds of interview within 2 weeks, and got the feedback right after each round of interviews. sometimes its depends on the chemistry between you and the interviewer.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
