I only interview for the first round and second round of coding assessment and one hour for each: Google Meet and coding in an interactive code editor. The first round is one Leedcode (maybe) medium question. And the second round is two questions, maybe more if you code fast enough.

Question in the first round: The access control system of a building has the recording of the in-and-out times for each person, identifying the time slot when the building has the most people.
there is no online assessment, very simple phone call, then two technicals. technicals are not difficult by any means. then you get put into team matching, after a couple months

Resume screening and then two 2 rounds of technical interviews, on an elimination basis. Interview done on google docs with no IDE, dsa leetcode style question. May be asked follow up questions on how to optimise your solution or on how you would code up a solution to a similar problem.
