Was a very long drawn out interview process. All in all it took a little over 2 months and a total of 6 interviews, 2 being in person over an hour away from me - 2 assessments, a presentation about their current clients and how I would build a marketing plan for them... to only be provided an automated email that I didn't get the role. I even sent a follow up email to both the hiring manager and CEO for feedback about what prevented them from selecting me and received nothing in return. For a company that presented itself as a "we care for our employees" feel, they definitely don't care for you the moment they decide you are not their selection.
