The people I interview with were very friendly. Make sure you go to the right building cause there are 3 on the col-de-sac. Then some one at the desk will buzz you in or you can call the ext. given to you in your interview email. When you get to the meeting room they will ask you to fill out the hiring form for HR purposes. Then you will this personailty test that is pretty useless and probally isnt used for consideration. Then they have a basic skills test that someone with good common sense could pass. But an engineering student can get a really good grade on. Its all about gears and friction. "If this gear moves this way and the other one goes this way which way does the third one go.?" It is all illistrated. I got an 85 on the test. But when she graded it I argued all my answers and she liked that. After that, she asked me my skills and experience. Then a tour. Thats it.
