I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gordon Flesch Company (Saint Charles, IL) in Jul 2015
Interview
I received a call back shortly after submitting my resume to set up a future phone screening with a member of HR. The phone screening was the typical phone screening, asking about my professional and employment background and skills I used during each job and also the reason I left each position. The interview was on a Wednesday and said I would be contacted either way, whether it be at the end of the week or at the beginning of next week. It has now been over TWO WEEKS and I have not heard a single piece or correspondence back from the company. The LEAST the company could do is have an automated/template email stating "we've decided to move forward with other applicants," something which almost EVERY COMPANY HAS! This speaks to the level of professionalism of this company and how they treat potential employees. I certainly hope they don't respond to this feedback saying "it can become extremely busing in the HR department during the hiring process..." because that is NO EXCUSE, you are the HR department that is your job! Its no wonder now why this company has not received the best of reviews. Completely unprofessional and lack of organization and I didn't have to make it to a face to face interview to discover that for myself.
